KETO KICK START MENU
This menu plan is designed to work with KETO OS exogenous ketones, but the menu works (besides the desginated cleanse days) without them as well.

This type of menu contains fat loss recipes that are a mix of paleo and keto.  

Many people who are overweight do not need the large amounts of fat suggested in ketogenic diets.  Ketogenic diets do not always work on everyone.

So this is a nice balance of lowering starchy carb intake without eliminating it altogether and creating balanced hormones and a fat burning environment in your body.
