There are TWO challenges. The first challenge is for people who do not have any restrictions and the second is for those who cannot do laying down ab exercises.
Under each picture of the Challenge is a YouTube video explaining how to do each of the exercises and links to printable versions.
A set number of reps has been suggested to start with, but you can adjust that lower or higher if needed. The rest days are scheduled for Saturdays, but you can also change that to work with your schedule.
This is a challenge, so it should be difficult, especially as you head towards the end of the month. This is meant to be an add on to your normal workouts. It would be best to do the challenge all at once with short rests rather than break it up throughout day.
